The Countess of Wessex will visit Somerset and Devon on 14 October 2008. 

Her Royal Highness will open the new Frome Community Hospital in Frome, Somerset.  The hospital forms part of a community hospital redevelopment programme by Somerset Primary Care Trust.

The Countess will afterwards visit Taunton and open the new centre at Brock House Children's Centre.

Later, The Countess of Wessex will attend the Two Moors Festival in Ashburton, Devon.  Her Royal Highness has been Patron of the annual music festival since 2006.
