The Security Liaison Office is responsible for internal Household security issues, procedures and practices and externally liaises with all Police and Governmental bodies responsible for providing Royal Protection and Security.
Working within a small and fast-paced team, you will provide comprehensive and varied administrative and project support, including the production of monthly management reports; maintenance of records, databases and filing systems, drafting correspondence and answering queries.
With proven administrative experience and a good working knowledge of MS Office packages, you will also be able to manage a varied workload, be pro-active, able to use initiative and thrive under pressure. Excellent oral and written communication skills, good judgement and a flexible, team-focused outlook are also essential.
