The 'Recycling Centre' in the grounds of Buckingham Palace. 99% of green waste is recycled on site, including grass cuttings, twigs, branches and 'risings' (soiled straw from the stables in the Royal Mews).  The waste is regularly turned until it has rotted sufficiently that it can be used as mulch
